- Develop color palette for the interior and exterior.
- Coordinate subcontractors with Builder.
- Review the electrical plan.
- Layout the floor plan.
- Design the interior theme and make recommendations for furniture, floor, and wall coverings, paint colors, wood finishes, and built-ins.
